Job summary

Hinton Transportation Investments, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support branch stock management and ensure orders are prepared accurately for pickup or delivery.

You will assist with inventory, labeling, and ERP-based processing while maintaining safety and a professional customer-facing presence. The role emphasizes efficient order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or delivery experience required.
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or Salesforce automation tools preferred.
• Basic MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments by pulling, packing and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory processing in ERP and maintain stock labeling and counts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when needed.
• Receive and inspect shipments; ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
