Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Evansville, IN to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verify incoming shipments, and maintain organized inventory with a safety-first mindset.

The role requires the ability to work independently and in a team, follow written and verbal instructions, and operate basic warehouse equipment and scanners. Training will be provided for computer systems and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate basic computer systems (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work in changing warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
• Receive shipments, verify counts, and inspect for damage.
• Label, sort, and stage inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts if certified.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and scanners safely.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
