Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Worker for a contract-to-hire role based in Evansville, IN. You will support daily production and logistics through order picking, inventory control, loading/unloading, and basic machine operation to help maintain smooth manufacturing and packaging processes.

The position requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ manufacturing experience or related field.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to shifts and facility.
• Good communication skills for team and leadership.
• Ability to perform order picking, inventory control, and load/unload tasks.
• Capable of supporting production, machine operation, inspection, packing and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to production and shipping requirements.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including counting, tracking, and verifying stock levels to maintain accurate records.
• Load and unload materials, products, and finished goods safely from trucks, pallets, and other material handling equipment.
• Support production operations by operating basic manufacturing and machine equipment as directed.
• Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and defects, and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with packing and assembly of products to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse and production floor.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production and warehouse operations.
