Job summary

Rock City Enterprises seeks an Attractions Revenue Inventory Partner to support retail and warehouse operations, receive shipments, prepare merchandise for distribution, and maintain organized inventory across locations. You will help ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock levels to support guest experiences.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating transfers, and assisting with deliveries while upholding safety, accuracy, and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior inventory, warehouse, or retail stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in alignment with the organization's mission, culture, and values.
• Receive, unpack, process, and label incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Process stock lists and intra-store transfers for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Organize and bin merchandise in the warehouse to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Perform daily replenishment of retail shop inventory as needed.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Prepare wholesale and internal orders for pickup, UPS, USPS, or freight shipment.
• Assist with deliveries to retail locations as needed.
