PT Inventory Specialists keep stores running by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory, handling markdowns, transfers and returns while partnering with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills; must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and ensure product quality before placing on the floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tickets.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement and replenishment.
• Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and transfers between stores.
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers.
• Transfer product to other stores or to the warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep the sale section well stocked.
• Keep backroom organized and clean per company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure packaging needs are met.
