Job summary

Rock City Enterprises is seeking an Attractions Revenue Inventory Partner to support retail and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate processing and replenishment of merchandise for distribution across locations. You will help receive shipments, label items, and assist with transfers and deliveries to maintain guest-ready inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior inventory, warehouse, or retail stock experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong service mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports/correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in alignment with the organization’s mission, culture, and values.
• Receive, unpack, process, and label incoming merchandise accurately.
• Process stock lists and intra-store transfers for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Organize and bin merchandise in the warehouse to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Perform daily replenishment of retail shop inventory as needed.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Prepare wholesale and internal orders for pickup, UPS, USPS, or freight shipment.
• Assist with deliveries to retail locations as needed.
• Maintain inventory for retail vending machines when required.
