Job summary

Ryman Hospitality Properties seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage transportation, reception, and storage of inventory for a multi-experiential live music venue, bar and restaurant. You will process paperwork, inspect shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining clean storage areas and adhering to FIFO.

Responsibilities include checking deliveries against orders, stocking all locations, and assisting with monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory receiving and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with FIFO and storage practices.
• Good numeric and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, reception, and storage of inventory, supplies, and products.
• Process related paperwork and invoices for deliveries.
• Inspect shipments for counts and damage; report issues to leadership.
• Reconcile deliveries to purchase orders; notify if items missing.
• Move stock to storage areas and ensure FIFO inventory method.
• Stock all locations and maintain clean, organized storage areas.
• Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and ongoing inventory.
