Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate in Centennial, CO to verify product authenticity and ensure inventory accuracy in a high-value precious metals environment. You will unpack, pack, and record shipments while maintaining strict quality control and order accuracy.

Responsibilities include organizing inventory in the ERP system, identifying discrepancies, and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and technology skills are required.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented environment.
• NetSuite ERP system experience highly desirable.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and spend extended periods on your feet.
• Experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork.
• Prior shipping, receiving, or quality control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or products.
• Perform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system (ERP experience a plus).
• Identify discrepancies and escalated quality concerns following company procedures.
• Support continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs and processing shipment paperwork.
• Additional duties as assigned.
