Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring for an Operations + Manufacturing role focused on receiving, storing, and issuing materials from stockrooms and warehouses. The candidate will maintain stock records, pack and move items, and ensure accuracy in inventory counts.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided to support safety and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Receive, count, and record stock items; update data as needed.
• Pack/unpack, shelf items, and organize stock areas for accessibility.
• Verify inventory by comparing counts to records and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklift to move items between warehouse, stockroom, and plant.
