Job summary

Superior Beverage Group, a family-owned company since 1922, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to forecast inventory, place orders, and maintain beverage stock for Northeastern and Central Ohio. In-office role with a Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years or more professional experience in buying, purchasing, ordering, and/or analysis required.
• High school Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Forecast current and future inventory needs.
• Maintain inventory at designated PAR levels.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers.
• Enter and maintain order information in internal systems.
• Communicate inventory updates to the Sales Department regarding Out of Stock information.
• Create and analyze inventory reports daily.
