Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to forecast, order, and maintain beverage inventory in a fast-paced Northwestern/Central Ohio environment. The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in buying/purchasing, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset. The position offers a clear path to advancement within purchasing, sales, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication across levels of management.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Two years or more professional experience in buying, purchasing, ordering, and/or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast current and future inventory needs.
• Maintain inventory at designated PAR levels.
• Minimize stockouts by managing PAR levels effectively.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain and enter order information in internal systems.
• Communicate inventory updates to the Sales Department regarding Out of Stock info.
• Track product codes and dates to ensure freshness.
