Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA, seeks an Inventory Analyst to manage data reporting and dashboard creation across the Service Supply Chain. You will collaborate with North American and Global Parts teams to support inventory objectives, utilizing SAP, Syncron, and Excel.

The role emphasizes forecast accuracy and ad-hoc reporting while improving processes. The position is onsite with a focus on systems such as Syncron, SAP, and Excel, requiring quick learning and strong analytical skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of analyst or similar experience.
Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

Population and creation of dashboards (all frequencies).
Compiling weekly business & departmental reports.
Timely completion of analysis for NPI.
Ad-hoc reporting.
SAP maintenance.
Updating and improving existing reports; utilization of SAP, Syncron and JDS to extract data.
Work within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processes.
Order management to ensure parts availability objectives are met.
Process improvement and automation of existing processes / reports.
Other duties as assigned.
