Job summary

JCB Inc. in Pooler, Georgia, is seeking an inventory data analyst to support the Service Supply Chain. The role focuses on dashboards, data reporting, and SAP/Syncron systems to improve inventory availability and forecasting.

You will generate weekly reports, maintain SAP processes, and drive process improvements across multiple teams in North America and globally. A 3+ year analytics background and a quantitative degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyst or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and Syncron is preferred.
• Ability to deliver complex data analysis using large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Population and creation of dashboards (all frequencies).
• Compiling weekly business & departmental reports.
• Timely completion of analysis for NPI.
• Ad-hoc reporting and SAP maintenance.
• Updating and improving existing reports.
• Utilization of SAP, Syncron and JDS to extract data.
• Work within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processes.
• Order management to ensure parts availability objectives are met.
• Process improvement and automation of existing processes / reports.
