Hy-Vee in Warrensburg, MO, is hiring a Retail Accounting & Inventory Lead. You will oversee store accounting, inventory accuracy, pricing, and product management to protect margins and drive profitability.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and detail-oriented cash handling in a fast-paced retail setting. You will supervise store staff, ensure compliance with company controls, and coordinate with management on invoices and reports while delivering excellent service to customers

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting/inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in retail operations or store accounting is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle cash, reconcile reports, and follow internal controls.
