Job summary

You will print reports, balance cash, manage payroll data, and coordinate with store leadership to keep finances running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service while greeting customers.
• Verify registers and manage daily cash needs, deposits, and safekeeping.
• Balance cash, prepare daily deposits, and reconcile invoices and EFTs.
• Print and distribute sales and accounting reports from store servers.
• Enter and reconcile vendor invoices and store accounts receivable with corporate.
