Job summary

The position reports to the Store Director and involves supervising accounting and product staff, maintaining control policies, and collaborating with management on inventory and pricing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years accounting, inventory control, or retail operations preferred.
• Experience with product management software and Microsoft Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store accounting, inventory accuracy, and product management functions.
• Balance cash accountability and prepare financial reports per guidelines.
• Maintain item parameters (cost, retail, margin) in management software.
• Train and supervise store personnel on accounting procedures and product management.
