Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Finance Manager - Inventory Control to lead inventory-control and production-costing activities across the network. This role supports multiple sites and drives cost accuracy and collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain.

You'll strengthen internal controls, reconcile variances, analyze cost drivers, and deliver KPI reporting to guide operational decisions and working capital management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive inventory accounting or cost accounting experience in manufacturing/ supply chain finance.
• Experience with inventory controls, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and accounting.
• Advanced Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory-control and production-costing activities across the network.
• Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, variances, and cost formulas.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to resolve inventory and costing issues.
• Prepare inventory, costing, and working-capital KPIs and support audits and standardization across locations.
