Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Finance Manager - Inventory Control to join our Finance & Accounting team. The role oversees inventory control, production costing, and internal controls across multiple sites, partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to drive cost accuracy and working capital visibility.

You will manage physical inventories, cycle counts, variances, and cost formulas, while analyzing material, labor, overhead, and logistics costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory accounting, cost accounting, operations finance, or related field.
• Experience with inventory controls, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial or operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory-control and production-costing activities across the network.
• Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts; investigate variances and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain cost formulas; analyze material, labor, overhead, manufacturing, and logistics cost drivers.
• Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and accounting teams to resolve issues and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare KPIs for inventory, costing, and working capital; support audits; standardize processes; provide coaching.
