Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling within a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and executive leaders to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.

This full-time role offers competitive salary, annual bonus eligibility, and a focus on turning data into actionable decisions with KPI dashboards and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to build driver-based models linking ops to financials.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Perform long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Develop driver-based financial models linking operations to financial results.
• Prepare executive-ready monthly and quarterly reports with KPIs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance leadership.
