Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare detailed reports.
• Liaise with suppliers for strategic buying.
• Maintain the company's facilities.
• Conduct routine site inspections and arrange repairs.
• Provide weekly photo documentation of yard cleanliness.
• Manage material return-to-office process.
• Notify purchasing team of on-hand materials.
• Stage materials and communicate with the team.
• Ensure cleanliness of pathways and water features.
• Deliver materials to the field.
