Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Travel Associate – Inventory Driver (Part-Time) to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will travel weekly with the crew to customer locations, count and record retail inventory with handheld scanners, and help maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

Starting wage is $17.75–$22.75 per hour with flexible schedules, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No degree required; veterans and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to qualify as a van driver; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver's license in the resident state for 36+ consecutive months.
• Willing to travel to customer locations weekly with the team.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and GPS navigation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet productivity goals.
• Travel to multiple retail locations with the team weekly.
