Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) to help count inventory at top retailers. You will travel with a team to customer locations, count using handheld scanners, and maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

No prior inventory experience is required as training is provided. The role offers a starting wage of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with employer-paid travel, per diem, and opportunities for pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for 36+ months in state of residence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to locations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, mornings or late nights.
• No degree required; Veterans and career changers encouraged.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work fast paced.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Travel with team weekly to customer locations within region.
• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Meet productivity goals through performance-based pay.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
