Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver to count inventory at customer sites, travel with the team weekly, and transport staff between locations. Starting wage ranges from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

No prior inventory experience is required as training is provided; opportunities for wage increases based on productivity are available, up to higher rates within the program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners and maintain high accuracy.
• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across the region.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Lead by example and demonstrate company values.
