Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Warehouse Inventory Associate - Driver in the United States. The role involves directing inventory teams, transporting teammates to inventory events, and maintaining safety and service standards on site.

The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for promotion, and an hourly starting wage of $16–$17. Most work occurs Fri–Mon with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background checks and MVR.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse inventory associates during inventories across locations.
• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events.
• Uphold company SPIRIT values and deliver professional customer service.
• Perform and document vehicle inspections and daily cleaning.
• Support inventory planning and execution with accuracy and timeliness.
