Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver to support active inventory events across multiple locations. You will drive to sites, transport team members, and count inventory with handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and a performance-based pay structure with earning opportunities. No prior inventory experience required; veterans and career changers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license in your state for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment checks (consumer report, screening, and MVR).
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to locations.
• Flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through pay program.
• Travel to retail locations and demonstrate core values at all times.
