Job summary

Trulieve in McKeesport, PA is hiring a Distribution Associate to join our Supply Chain team. You will pull and pack orders, oversee order picking quality, handle returns, and coordinate with managers to meet supply, quality, and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack orders for distribution.
• Oversee quality assurance in order picking.
• Process order returns and manage waste.
• Collaborate with Managers to meet supply, quality, and delivery needs.
• Handle shipping and receiving: inspect shipments and unpack as needed.
• Provide stock information: location, quantities, and inventory movement.
• Perform inventory management: counting and stocking; full and cycle counts.
• Maintain spreadsheets and systems logging non-production inventory.
• Work with Manager to keep facility organized and efficient.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Pack finished stock and prepare orders for delivery; ensure labeling compliance.
• Adhere to state-specific rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative environment.
