STIIIZY in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Distribution Associate to fulfill orders, pull products, and prepare outgoing shipments. You will interpret sales orders, perform quality checks, and stack items safely for packaging.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a readiness to cross-train in other department tasks. On-site work Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage; benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders and arrange outgoing packed orders for delivery.
• Interpret sales orders and pull the correct product.
• Perform quality control assessments and ensure accuracy of picks.
• Stack items safely and securely for packaging.
• Follow picking/packing procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Report discrepancies or adjustments to supervisors.
• Cross-train in other department positions as needed.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrappers.
