Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with supply distribution and handling processes.
• 3 years in receiving/distribution functions or similar.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Aufgaben

• Order low unit of measure medical supplies and manage inventory levels.
• Deliver, stow and rotate supplies to patient care areas; communicate par level changes.
• Coordinate stocking levels with department managers and assist by phone/email.
• Assist receiving clerks with logging inbound parcels and use handheld devices as directed.
• Obtain electronic signature/verification of receipt from end users.
• Ensure par area items are rotated and expired products removed promptly.
• Perform monthly area checks and keep supply areas clean and organized.
• Maintain and distribute inventory of medical gases as assigned.
• Complete designated supply cycle counts as scheduled.
• P • icks up returns from departments for proper processing.
• Assist in product conversions, par area redesigns and optimization projects.
