Bath & Body Works is seeking an Inventory Deployment Analyst to help deploy merchandise from distribution centers to stores and fulfillment centers. You will use the merchandise plan to ensure inventory aligns with the strategy and goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a background in inventory management or retail supply chain, experience with systems like SAP and MicroStrategy, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fast-paced, agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to learn and apply new software technology (Manugistics/JDA, SAP, MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data for business decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving and data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute an inventory deployment plan by setting parameters based on demand forecasts for store and product levels.
• Communicate priorities and mitigate issues to ensure on-time product lands in stores/fulfillment centers.
• Evaluate minimum placement quantities and implications for store allocations with Space Planning.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planner on buy orders ensuring fit with production capacities.
• Understand and implement product strategies aligned with assortment goals of the Merchant team.
• Communicate inventory levels to influence business strategies weekly to quarterly.
