HD Supply is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee category management across the enterprise in Hawaii. You will develop replenishment strategies, execute SKU transitions, and balance inventory using data-driven parameters, collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize performance.
Responsibilities include leveraging SAP for daily control, identifying root causes of fill-rate issues, and coordinating with Demand Management and Merchandising to align inventory with business

Responsible for category inventory management across the enterprise. Responsible for creating replenishment strategies, executing SKU transitions, maintaining network balance through parameters, and collaborating with internal and external cross‑functional partners.
Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques, resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research/data.
Work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems, and typically involves periodic review by a supervisor or direct customers. May provide general guidance or train junior level support or professional personnel.
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area, with occasional exposure to mild physical discomfort (dust, fumes, odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights). Most work involves sitting, standing or walking, with occasional lifting of moderate weight (8‑20 pounds). Requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 2‑5 years of experience in a related field, or an MS/MA with 2‑4 years of experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
