Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Planner to manage finished goods inventory and optimize on-time delivery for Cytiva Membrane Manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN. You will use Oracle/SAP to drive accurate demand signals, maintain tight inventory controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality in storage and shipping.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, Lean practices, and close coordination with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, customer order planning, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Oracle and/or SAP for order planning, warehouse management, shipping, or receiving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage a process.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIFO, LIFO, consumption, and shelf-life planning of shipments for Finished Goods from manufacturing plant to distribution center and device sites
• Ensure Inventory controls including receipt, storage, shipping, and cycle count transactions are posted timely and accurately
• Manage demand signals for strategic stock items on manufacturing site to ensure attainment of target inventory levels
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling needs with distribution center team to ensure safe, high quality, and visually managed inventory storage of materials
• Investigate, expeditiously resolve, and implement permanent countermeasures for Oracle/SAP orderbook flow discrepancies ensuring accurate and timely signals to manufacturing plant of true demand.
