Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Production Planner to develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, balancing demand with materials, labor, and equipment for on‑time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5+ years in production and material planning, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle). Oracle Fusion ERP, Power BI, CPIM are a plus; on‑site in Hauppauge, NY with a competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in related discipline.
5+ years experience in production and material planning.
Experience using SAP or Oracle ERP planning modules.
Excellent data analytic and presentation skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient production schedules balancing demand with material availability, labor capacity, and equipment usage.
Proactively manage and adjust production plans within Oracle to respond to changing conditions, minimizing risk to commitments.
Create, analyze, and communicate KPIs to measure planning effectiveness and support decisions.
Lead root cause investigations for planning, supply, and production challenges with corrective actions.
Drive cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and capacity enhancement.
