Job summary

Fair Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations in Beaumont, TX. You will maintain accurate inventory records, inspect products and equipment, coordinate shipments, and resolve discrepancies with a customer-service mindset.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime and on-call rotations when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of professional work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Onsite work with overtime and on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and maintain accurate records of inventory discrepancies.
• Review inventory records for product availability.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing kits and ensure compliance with specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety regulations.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouse staff to expedite deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate to identify alternative product solutions and inventory options.
• Deliver equipment to customer locations and arrange merchandise for transport.
• Support general warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
