Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Port Arthur, TX to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. You will operate equipment safely, perform cycle counts, and ensure loads are secured for transport.

We offer competitive pay from $13.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus benefits like medical, dental and vision, 401(k) matching and PTO. This is a safety-sensitive local role with potential occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Ability to perform basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure items are stored securely.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report issues.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured for transport.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
