Job summary

Jetson seeks a sharp, execution-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to own inventory accuracy across our warehouse network. This hands-on role partners with warehouse teams, procurement, and NetSuite Systems to reflect true counts at every site as Jetson scales into new markets.

You will drive root-cause corrective actions, manage cycle counts and receiving discrepancies in NetSuite and Arena, and advance inventory processes with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience managing receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
• Root cause analysis mindset—fix problems at the source, not the symptom.
• High attention to detail and comfort with large data sets.
• Familiarity with Arena PLM preferred.
• Experience with WMS or RF scanning tools preferred.
• Experience with AI tools to automate and improve daily work required.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites; data steward for warehouse ops in NetSuite/Arena.
• Post inventory adjustments in NetSuite to resolve variances; escalate high-value discrepancies.
• Assist in setting up new warehouse sites, seed counts, and reorder point planning in NetSuite.
• Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena.
• Own root cause corrective actions for recurring inventory issues.
• Manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy processes across the network.
