SGI, LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory items are setup correctly and available when needed. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data, resolve issues, and support client engagements while contributing to policies and procedures.

You will monitor inventory levels, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain inventory records in management systems, using Excel and other databases to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to exercise balanced judgement, decision making, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to use quantitative reasoning, problem solving, and/or data analysis.
• Experience working in a team setting and/or cross function collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
