Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Experience with researching discrepancies and root causes.
• Ability to generate routine reports and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of the physical count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting and other duties assigned.
• Cycle count the warehouse a minimum of four times a year, including all pick and reserve slots for discrepancies and product/packaging integrity issues.
• Perform quality checks on date sensitive, slow-moving and obsolete items and assist with the recall process.
• Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/letdown issues, and damaged product from warehouse moves.
• Check FIFO for proper rotation.
• Verify reserves are recorded and count of each reserve pallet.
• Verify put-away and transfer processes by day and night staff.
• Coordinate will call orders when scheduled.
