Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to perform counts, verify records, and ensure inventory integrity in a warehouse setting in Cypress, TX. The role supports North America’s food distribution system and requires attention to detail and basic math skills.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months inventory experience, stand up reach capability, and familiarity with AS400 or SAP.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months inventory experience in warehouse environment.
• Must have stand up reach experience.
• Ability to count and perform inventory duties; apply strong math skills.
• Learn or have experience with AS400 or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in-stock; create total inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records and compute figures from records.
• Verify clerical computations against physical count and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Review and investigate daily reports directed by the Auditor.
