Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate ERP records at our Portage, MI facility. You will compare system data to physical counts, resolve variances, and support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy.

The role requires manufacturing experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Inventory experience required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments advantageous.
• Ability to work with ERP systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory across the plant.
• Investigate discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
• Compare system vs physical counts and resolve variances.
• Maintain ERP records and research inventory issues.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Materials, Quality, Assembly and other teams.
