High Liner Foods USA is seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter for our Portsmouth, NH facility. This role focuses on leading cycle counts, reconciling variances, and keeping inventory records accurate in a cold warehouse environment.

You will perform daily/weekly reporting, support audits, and assist with broader Inventory Control tasks across locations as needed, contributing to our growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience with an AS/400 based WMS or other WMS, including RF tools.
• Well-developed organization, problem solving, attention to detail, interpersonal, negotiation, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify variances and discrepancies, follow through with proper reconciliation.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is audit-ready from an Inventory Control perspective.
• Partake in daily work order reconciliations along with trim traceability/consolidation tasks.
• Responsible to perform a minimum of at least 3 full Cycle Counts of the Portsmouth Facility annually.
• Complete daily reports to include variances, in-transit, locations, etc.; complete weekly reports as needed.
• Cycle count; volume varies with locations and days; assist with counts and reporting as needed.
