Job summary

OPW, a Dover Corporation company, is seeking a Cycle Counter at its Elon, NC assembly facility. This role focuses on accurate inventory counting, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining precise records in the inventory system while collaborating with production and warehouse teams. The schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and possess strong data-analysis skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk and reach daily.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC and software knowledge.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cycle counter systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized.
• High attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count materials monitored by the Inventory Control Analyst and/or Sr Director of Supply Chain; report discrepancies with accuracy.
• Assist in determining root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
• Assist in updating systems with accurate information.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
