Job summary

OPW Global is seeking a Cycle Counter at our Elon, NC facility. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime possible. The role focuses on accurate physical counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and maintaining precise records in the inventory system.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication with production and inventory teams. A discretionary bonus may apply based on performance metrics.

This position is based in our Elon assembly facility and the typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m with some flexibility on start/end time. Ability to work overtime as needed is required.

Scope

The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and tracking inventory within the warehouse. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include conducting physical counts of stock, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The Cycle Counter must also possess good communication skills to coordinate with production and inventory management personnel.

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
