Morgan Olson in Tennessee is seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure material availability for production while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, warehouse familiarity, and strong computer skills. The role offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to contribute to efficient supply chain operations.

Competenze

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Prior forklift training and experience required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of computers including Excel, Outlook, ERP, Inventory Control and cycle counting.
• Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 50 pounds; heavy loads with hoist or partner.

Mansioni

• Perform daily counts of on-hand raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems promptly.
• Coordinate disposal of excess or damaged goods.
• Provide feedback to related departments about material availability.
