• Perform daily cycle counts of 200+ locations to maintain accuracy and 99% gross cycle count.
• Recount discrepancies, identify root causes, and support reconciliation efforts.
• Verify and maintain NAFTA labeling and determine country of origin for counted parts.
• Process inventory adjustments in real time using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support 5S, hydraulic cleanliness initiatives, and inventory organization.
• Report inventory, operation, and safety concerns and escalate as needed.
