Job summary

The Hershey Company in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Cycle Counter (inventory audit) to join our KS Hub team, covering Edgerton, Lawrence, and Lenexa. You will perform cycle counts, manage inventory locations, and work with receiving and warehouse processes to maintain accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and forklift familiarity. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with teammates to keep a safe, organized, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete cycle counting as scheduled or requested by warehouse manager.
• Check inventory levels for packaged and raw materials.
• Manage specific inventory locations for accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Report inventory near shelf life to prevent waste.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs; attend meetings and training.
