Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. in Stockton, CA is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Control professional to join our team at the distribution center. You will perform daily inventory tasks, conduct cycle counts, and address discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

The role requires working with WMS systems and scanners, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed; safety and pre‑employment steps apply.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and proficiently perform duties of a Warehouse Worker I and II.
• Proficient in use of the WMS Inventory system, scanners, and HighJump.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility and flexibility in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurately controlling and tracking physical inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
• Perform stock check requests as primary contact.
• Participate in inventory processes and daily audits; review, verify, research and resolve discrepancies.
• Correct barcode issues as needed or directed.
• Maintain records of quantity, type, and value of stocked materials.
• Interact daily with Inventory Control Manager on items.
• Maintain a cooperative work atmosphere with customers, coworkers and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as backup order filling, shipping or receiving.
