Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform regular inventory cycles and reconcile counts with the ERP system. You will investigate discrepancies, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Dallas, TX.

This role requires at least 2 years of related experience, forklift operation, proficiency with MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Forklift experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work irregular/extended hours including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts and compare results with system data.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system counts.
• Communicate cycle count findings to inventory personnel.
• Adhere to cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory count records and data files.
• Investigate origins of discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
