Job summary

Tellworks Communications is a logistics company seeking an Inventory Cycle Count Associate to analyze inventory transactions, perform cycle counts, and identify discrepancies across serialized and non-serialized products.

You will generate daily cycle count reports and assist operations with data-driven improvements while maintaining accuracy. A GED or high-school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required, with strong Excel and WMS skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years cycle counting experience preferred.
• Computer skills and experience with Excel and WMS systems.
• Experience with handheld scanners and PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions and material flow, identify causes of inaccuracies, and make adjustments.
• Conduct daily inventory and physical inventories.
• Calculate rate, ratio, and percentage; draw and interpret graphs.
• Reconcile inventories and utilize advanced spreadsheets.
• Cycle counts of serialized/non-serialized products.
• Compare bin contents to WMS data to identify discrepancies.
• Research and resolve cycle count discrepancies.
• Create and distribute daily cycle count reports to operations management.
• Train and assist as required.
