Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manager of Inventory & Cost Accounting in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on strong US GAAP expertise, inventory accounting, and product costing while partnering with Operations and Sourcing to drive financial performance.

You will lead the month-end close, ensure internal controls, and guide process transformation across the supply chain. A CPA or MBA is preferred, with 5+ years of accounting and 3+ years of people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in large companies.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting, product costing, and related financial activities.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting obligations.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness.
• Provide cross-functional financial support across supply chain and operations.
• Drive SAP optimization and process improvements.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team.
