Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Master Planner with strong MRP experience to lead the parts team in the Orlando Service Center. You will supervise Material Resource Planners, drive MRP best practices, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in MRP, and SAP ECC/S4HANA proficiency. APICS training is preferred; a collaborative, data-driven approach is essential for

Qualifications

• MBA/Bachelor degree required in a related field.
• APICS training and/or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a material resource planning role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Material Resource Planners.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
• Monitor inventory performance and KPIs, including forecasting and reserves management.
• Establish and maintain material master data and BOM strategies.
• Drive process improvements and ERP utilization across teams.
